Very nice place. Excellent staff and great food. I often stop here for a quick but quality lunch. Their gourmet sandwiches are perfectly balanced, and the ingredients are incredibly fresh. It's hard to find a deli in Parioli that maintains this consistent standard of excellence. The coffee is excellent, too! I was looking for a place for a sophisticated aperitivo in Parioli, and Bottega Minotti exceeded my expectations. The selection of cured meats and cheeses is of a rare quality; you can sense the meticulous care behind every supplier. The staff is attentive and the atmosphere is welcoming. A must-see for anyone who loves good food in Rome. The wine list is incredible, with labels not easily found in large retailers. I asked for advice on pairing a fish dinner, and the suggestion was impeccable. Bottega Minotti is a guarantee for those seeking fine wines and expert advice.
