Excellent wine selection and the staff got good knowledge about their wines What an amazing place! We were welcomed and served spectacular beverages. Can't wait to visit again. What can I say? It's been my go-to place since they opened... they always manage to evolve and not just offer the same old, tried-and-true aperitivo. Excellent food selections, constantly evolving wines (both by the glass and by the bottle), with new flavors and refined experiences. Definitely recommended, especially for Luca and Alessandra, two fantastic people who run this wine bar like a glass dome, and who, through events, courses, and tastings, always find a way to reinvent themselves and reinvent themselves. If you pass by Enoteca Messer Vino, stopping by is practically mandatory. The wine is excellent, carefully selected, and the food is top-notch: a few things done well, but done really well. The cicchetti are an absolute must (one leads to another), and the meatballs… simply not to be missed. The highest quality cured meats and cheeses. Delicious cicchetti with unique flavor combinations. A sensational beef tartare and a huge selection of wines. You can find all this at Messervino Roma in the Trionfale area. A welcoming yet intimate location for any occasion. We enjoyed the aperitivo so much that we stayed for dinner, trying one of the best tartares we've had in recent months, paired with an excellent glass of Franciacorta. If you haven't been yet, we highly recommend it! P.S. Ask for the lard and caramelized onion cicchetti, it's amazing!
