I am writing to formally raise a serious complaint regarding the wedding event held at your restaurant on 14th February 2026 for my daughter’s marriage.
We paid in full for the agreed services, including additional food for our guests. However, the extra food was not provided during the event. Furthermore, despite full payment being taken, no official payment receipt was issued to us.
When we attempted to address these issues, we were treated in an impolite and dismissive manner not only by staff members but also by the manager and owner. This conduct was unacceptable and caused significant distress on what should have been a joyful and memorable family occasion.
Under Italian consumer protection law (Codice del Consumo – D.Lgs. 206/2005), consumers are entitled to receive services as agreed and to obtain proper proof of payment. Failure to provide paid services and refusal to issue a receipt may constitute a violation of consumer rights and fiscal regulations.
I therefore formally request:
A written explanation regarding the failure to provide the additional food paid for.
An immediate refund for the undelivered services.
A copy of the official payment receipt/invoice.
If this matter is not resolved promptly, we will consider pursuing the issue further through the appropriate consumer protection authorities in Italy.
I expect your written response within 14 days.
The food is excellent fresh, the waiter Mr. Muhammad very friendly and also suggested for us some plates to try.
Their signature plate chicken with grilled vegetables is excellent, also the rice was exceptional.
You need to ask for this special dessert is very yummy.
For sure i will come again.
