If you're looking for a place that combines a super cozy atmosphere, excellent drinks, and truly delicious food, then Bando Food e Spirits is a true gem! The selection of creative Roman pucce, appetizers, and platters is incredible; every bite offers well-balanced flavors, quality ingredients, and original combinations that always surprise.
The staff is always friendly and smiling, ready to recommend the best food and drink pairings to make you feel at home. The atmosphere is perfect for both an aperitivo with friends and a relaxed evening with a good cocktail, with very reasonable prices considering the quality.
In short: a well-deserved 5 stars! Highly recommended, I'll be back soon!

Three stars for the prices! The menu is very sophisticated, with empanadas and unique cocktails, but unfortunately, the quality/price ratio is poor. Individual empanadas are sold at €4.50, which is too much if you're hungry! How many do you need to fill you up? The sandwich is small; I tried the salmon one, but it's definitely not dinner, and at €11, it's way too much! Unfortunately, there's a lot of competition in the square, with Bender and Malto Matto offering a whole pinza for €8 or less. Unfortunately, this place can't compete. The cocktails are also more expensive and contain less alcohol and a lot of ice. The format is perfect for the Trieste district, but the prices are too high for Conca d'Oro.

It was very nice to share a "tagliere salumi e formaggi grande" with fresly baked focaccia there. The plate contains salami, cheese and some ruccola, while the focaccia is a kind of bread - somewhere between a pita and a pizza. The waiter kindly explaned the menu options and offered us drinks. Highly recommend it for an end of a long sightseeing day. :)
