The meat is excellent quality, presented with great care, but what's truly surprising is the menu: not just tartare, but also highly original fusion dishes like meat sushi and combinations with Eastern influences. A unique offering, creatively designed.
The restaurant is modern and welcoming, with an atmosphere that pays attention to detail. The staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive. The desserts are also delicious.
