I've been to Clarice Meat & Wine and I have to say it was a truly positive experience. The meat is excellent quality, presented with great care, but what's truly surprising is the menu: not just tartare, but also highly original fusion dishes like meat sushi and combinations with Eastern influences. A unique offering, creatively designed. The restaurant is modern and welcoming, with an atmosphere that pays attention to detail. The staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive. The desserts are also delicious. I highly recommend it. For all "The Silence of the Lambs" fans and others, you absolutely cannot miss Clarice (the name also refers to the film). Having never tried meat sushi before, I didn't know what to expect, but it was a real discovery. The prices are fair, the staff is kind and attentive, and the chef/owner delighted us with a dinner we won't soon forget. In addition to the sushi, I recommend the tartare and bao, and if you have a little room left, try the tiramisu too! I give it a 5 ⭐️ because it doesn't get any better!
