I was there a few days ago and I have to say I was really impressed. The supplì are among the best I've ever eaten: nice and crispy on the outside and with a stringy, flavorful filling on the inside. You can tell they're well-made and with quality ingredients.
The pizza was a confirmation: light, well-leavened dough, easy to digest, and generous but well-balanced toppings.
I highly recommend this place, and I'll definitely be back.

Just one adjective—fabulous—for a mix of things, first and foremost the kindness of the staff. It's no given these days to be able to welcome and serve customers with a smile. Let's get to the food. There's little to say, really. You just need to take the car, the metro, or whatever means you prefer, and try the magnificent products at Stall 33 in Casal dei Pazzi. In addition to the undisputed star pizza, we can find typical products from Rome's finest rotisserie shops, such as cannelloni—today they were with ricotta and spinach—not to mention the pumpkin, mushroom, and provola lasagna, as well as the chicken alla diavola, roast potatoes, grilled vegetables, and more. This stall is also renowned for its suppli, cacio e pepe gricia, as well as classic ragù and plain versions. Amazing, from the breading, they use their leftover bread to pay for fried foods, from the cooking of the rice to the rich, flavorful sauce, and above all, a quality tomato that you can taste. Simple things, as the creator of these masterpieces told me, but made with love and passion. I always say, simple things win over everything. The Roman-style pizza is shallow and crispy, something you unfortunately don't find anymore these days. I also tried their baciata, stuffed with chicken salad enriched with mustard. A sigh. The crispy yet super melt-in-the-mouth dough, along with the addition of coarse salt, makes this pizza among the best in Rome. Neighborhood pizzas are alive and well, and still manage to maintain their own distinct identity. In fact, I find many similarities between this one and the one made by Walter and I, not coincidentally, in another neighborhood of Rome, Tor Bella Monaca. Highly recommended. I'll be back for the rotisserie.

Yesterday I tried these guys' pizza. It was amazing, delicious, crispy, and made with top-quality ingredients. We tried two pizzas stuffed with the "baciata" method. I recommend the one filled with mortadella and topped with crispy potatoes. The other was chicken salad with their own special mayonnaise, which was truly excellent and melted in your mouth. We tried their classic suppli, which were made with incredibly crispy breading and melted mozzarella. These guys are lovely, friendly, young, and kind, and they deserve a shout-out because it's not easy running a business these days. I'll be back to try the marinara, which won them a championship! 👏💪
You deserve a solid 5 stars because I love the passion and commitment you put into it. Well done, and I recommend it.
