The food was truly excellent, and what was most impressive was the cleanliness of the restaurant. There was a beautiful view of the kitchen, which was so clean it gave a homey feeling. I recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for traditional Apulian cuisine. Each dish was plated and served with the utmost care and was truly delicious. I will definitely be back.
