Salento at its best. A one-of-a-kind gastronomic journey featuring the flavors of my homeland. As a true Salento native, I was enthralled by every dish, from the fava beans and chicory, to the pots and pans, to the capocollo, to the bombette—in short, everything. A charming location and warm staff, as only southerners know how. It will become a regular stop, congratulations!

An elegant, modern venue, yet still welcoming and informal. The open kitchen and attention to raw materials are strengths that are confirmed by the quality of the dishes, blending Apulian tradition with a fusion of Roman cuisine. The limited selection of dishes reinforces the quality of the offerings. The menu is constantly updated and complemented by daily specials, listed on a blackboard. The limited selection of wines, again from Puglia and Lazio, is also good. Finally, the friendly staff makes this an excellent experience worth repeating.

As a native of Puglia, I might be biased, but I assure you, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit to try some of their traditional dishes: the super-crispy pettole with Martina Franca capocollo and stracciatella, the orecchiette, the bombette... I'll definitely be back to try other dishes. Special mention goes to the warmth and hospitality of the entire staff. I highly recommend it.
