An outstanding experience from start to finish.
Uno Sushi is a true gem in Rome. The quality of the food is exceptional—fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor—while the atmosphere is refined, warm, and thoughtfully designed, making it perfect for both an intimate dinner and a special night out.
What truly elevated the experience, however, was the service. Elisa deserves a special mention: professional, attentive, and genuinely kind, she made us feel welcomed and cared for throughout the entire evening. Her attention to detail, calm elegance, and perfect timing turned a great dinner into a memorable one.
Service like this is rare and makes all the difference. Compliments to the whole team, and especially to Elisa, for setting such a high standard.
