This establishment stands out as an "enoteca con cucina," emphasising organic and natural wines alongside carefully chosen, quality ingredients, aiming for a "slow wine restaurant" experience where time can truly be savoured.
The cuisine style focuses on traditional dishes thoughtfully reinterpreted with a contemporary flair, prioritising fresh, seasonal, and artisan ingredients. Notable offerings include an excellent choice of cured meats and cheeses from small producers, such as speck from an Alto Adige farm, alongside creative plates like spaghettoni with smoked alpine butter, tarallo, and citrus. The extensive and meticulously curated wine list, featuring organic and natural labels primarily from Italy and France, is a significant highlight, complemented by craft beers, speciality coffees, and fine teas.

Excellent cured meats and cheeses, carefully selected. The tartare, hand-sliced to order, is technically perfect but lacks flair: the seasoning is bland, lacking the zing that would make it memorable.
The wine list is good. The artichoke with pecorino cream is extraordinary.
The coffee is less convincing: despite the description of its origins, it lacks aroma and character on the palate. Furthermore, the service management is perplexing: sugar is not served with the coffee and, once requested, it arrives after a long wait, with the coffee already cold and a simple bowl of white sugar. A lapse in style and attention, especially for those who prefer alternatives like cane sugar.
One last, but not insignificant, note: the women's restroom has some issues (a non-closing door, a torn toilet paper holder, and the lack of a countertop), details that are out of place in a place that aims to provide a high-quality experience.
A place with excellent potential, which could become truly excellent with greater attention to detail and service.
