Nice and cool away from the early heatwave, Velia Bistrot offers a range of local tastes! We had the beef tartare with tomatoes and straciatella, followed by the best carbonara we have ever eaten. Creamy, crunchy tasty. An explosion of taste in you mouth. Highly recommended!
