Quick lunch, great find. If you’re in the Tiburtina area, give this gem of a place a try! Nice and cool away from the early heatwave, Velia Bistrot offers a range of local tastes! We had the beef tartare with tomatoes and straciatella, followed by the best carbonara we have ever eaten. Creamy, crunchy tasty. An explosion of taste in you mouth. Highly recommended! Great place for a good meal, good attention and wonderful food, i will repeat definitely A wonderful gem! Loved each dish. Thank you for an exceptional meal! Superb service. Excellent environment and service. Very high quality food, good prices and good athmosphere. Nothing I could complain about. Would recommend! Delicious food. Welcoming atmosphere.
