Great cocktails and Italian twist sushi. Lovely place! They also have Japanese spirits, like sake, shochu… etc Found this place walking back to our Airbnb on our last night in Rome. The Gipsy bar is a great place for a great cocktail! The entire place was so adorable. The staff is wonderful and attentive! I didn’t think the cocktails were outrageously priced as some bars in the US can get. I tried the #GipsySour and #BelleEpoque, and they were delightfully delicious. I’m not a huge gin fan, so the mixologist allowed me to switch the gin for whiskey, and it was fantastic! Amazing creative sushi place also serving exceptional cocktails. We also loved the cosy interior and very attentive service! Thanks for a lovely evening, Emanuele! Lovely bar and restaurant with lots of vegetarian options!
