What we experienced at Ego was an exceptional and memorable dining experience: incredibly refined dishes, full of personality and subtle influences, served in an intimate and welcoming setting. Every course showed precision, creativity and balance.
The service by Beatrice deserves a special mention. She is energetic, attentive, genuinely warm and makes you feel immediately at ease. Her presence adds enormously to the overall experience — it is an absolute pleasure to dine here.
I am convinced this restaurant is Michelin-star material, and that it is only a matter of time before that recognition comes. If anything, a small refinement of the interior might help them reach that milestone even faster.
Highly recommended — and if you want to experience it before the inevitable star, now is the time.
