Second day in Rome and made reservations at Ego, and boy was I happy! When we arrived we were welcomed by Francesca. The place is very intimate, with about 6 or 7 tables, very cozy I loved the wallpaper! Now for the food, we had the 9 course tasting menu and everything was AMAZING! Everything was plated beautifully, the stingray, smoked veal, muscles, crab, pasta, dumplings are elevated with a nice blend of flavors! The highlight for us was the cheesecake, made with real cheese with flavor that exploded in your mouth. Would definitely recommend if you're into tasting menus! 5/5

Best meal/ drinks experience I had in very long time. The attention to details is impeccable. All the dishes are incredibly delicious And the wine/spirits selection is top notch. They did accommodate my allergies in order to get the same experience, this is what I call "unreasonable Hospitality"
Definitely recommend you, definitely I Will be back

This restaurant is a true culinary experience to try in Rome.

Wide selection of wines and refined dishes.

The atmosphere is quite and sophisticated.
