Absolutely best meal of my life!! Recommend for everyone who likes carpaccio and raw beef. Our server was Victor, we let him choose for us and we don't regret it 👌 ginger carpaccio was ** chef's kisses**❤️

It’s rare to find such a high-quality restaurant in Trastevere! Every dish was prepared with great care, and the seasoning was excellent.

The staff were also very enthusiastic; they asked if it was our first time here and gave us a brief explanation of the menu without being overly intrusive. They also explained which dish to start with.

The restaurant was full that night, but the pace of service was just right—we didn’t have to wait too long for our food. The espresso after the meal was delicious, and the coffee cup was warm. The restroom was spacious and very clean, which is a plus!

The only downside is that the interior space of the restaurant is quite small, and I’m not sure if there’s air conditioning. When the place is full, it gets really hot.

We will definitely come back next time 😀

His wine/drink and food recommendation was spot on!
The truffle beef tartare was amazing, as well as the focaccia paired with the range of Northern and Southern cheeses.
