"DOC" EnoBistrot - Cucina & Vineria

DOC EnoBistrot was, without question, the best restaurant we ate at in Rome. Everything from the food to the atmosphere was exceptional. The meat was outstanding—perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and clearly top quality. The pasta was just as impressive, rich and beautifully balanced, with every bite feeling thoughtfully prepared. Simply put, everything we tried was amazing.
The atmosphere added a lot to the experience. Warm, cozy, and intimate, it felt like the kind of place where you want to take your time and enjoy the meal properly. The only downside was the service style: the waiter was constantly hovering and watching our plates, which felt a bit uncomfortable at times.
That small issue aside, DOC EnoBistrot is a must-visit in Rome and a restaurant we would absolutely return to.

If I could rate 10, I would definitely do so!! This was one of the best experiences in Rome! Not just food experiences, but overall! Food is absolutely delicious, can't imagine how to eat fish rolls after vitello tonato (beef) rolls, this is a different level of pleasure 🤤 Focaccia with a hint of rosemary is melting in the mouth. Tartare is fresh and perfect. Waitresses are a pleasure to deal with, very welcoming and accommodating! Lots of people, so don't be like us and make a reservation!! Hope to visit this place again in the future 🤍 Thanks team!

We came here for lunch and had a perfect experience. The rosemary bread was freshly baked and so delicious. It’s crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The sushi spicy roll with black truffle is a next level experience, super well balanced taste. The pistachio crunch and the sauce are very well designed and taste super nice together with the raw beef. Last but not least, our waiter Matteo is wonderful. He is so friendly and humorous, which definitely brought us a nice experience. We would want to come back soon again!
