This Roman inn opened in 1931. Today, after nearly a century, the tradition of Roman cuisine, with its most famous dishes, is both respected and renewed. Stefano, the owner, will guide you through your meal and share anecdotes from the photos featuring him and his famous diners. Don't forget to book on weekends. The steak was done to perfection, I highly recommend it.
