Everything was delicious, compliments on the super friendly service and very fresh products!! As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by a family atmosphere, with welcoming and always smiling staff! We tried several traditional dishes and were thrilled: the carbonara was creamy and flavorful, with perfectly crispy guanciale, while the cacio e pepe was balanced and rich in flavor. The amatriciana was also truly worth it, with a rich sauce that blended perfectly with the pasta, and to finish, the American desserts were truly mind-blowing!!! Generous portions and high-quality ingredients. All at more than fair prices. A place I recommend without hesitation to anyone who wants to enjoy authentic Roman cuisine. I'll definitely be back!
