I've tried many things at Presto Fatto, and it's never disappointed. The burgers are excellent; the texture is spectacular, and the combination of the bread and Presto Fatto sauce creates an explosion of flavors that will make your taste buds tingle for more. The cutlet sandwich is sublime, and the sausage one...what the heck am I telling you? You have to try it. But it's not just sandwiches; you absolutely have to try the cacio e pepe pasta...one of the best I've ever had. Another plus for Presto Fatto is the staff: they're down-to-earth, friendly, helpful, and passionate about what they do...this ensures that the quality of their products and service are the key to their success. The sandwiches and supplì are excellent! The choice of ingredients is always a pleasure, and the quality/price ratio is excellent. Recommended. We had matriciana for lunch for 10 people to eat in the office. It was amazing!! A colleague of ours from Amatrice complimented the chef. The owner is very kind and the chef is a true artist! Highly recommended. Great burgers, homemade bread and desserts.
