We happened to be in Giardinetti and discovered Locanda Nanni, a generous, high-quality platter... Cristina, the hostess, was friendly and attentive... Highly recommended! AN INN WHERE TO STOP OFTEN. Not just for good food. But also to relax and chat with the innkeepers. The commitment of young restaurateurs in difficult neighborhoods is always commendable, crossed and often abused by unlikely "osterie." Here at "Locanda da Nanni," I found hospitality, quality, and adequate service. A location suited to a diverse clientele, from breakfast to lunch, aperitifs, and dinner. I dined from the daily menu written on the "daily blackboard," with a few dishes, but freshly made. A platter-like selection of pinsa and fried foods, with the perfect pinsa texture and crispiness. Then the "spaghetti con fagioli e cipolla" (a kind of pasta with beans and onions), also flavorful and hearty, almost a picchiapò in bianco (a kind of white bread). Cookies and pastries were offered at the end. The wines available are limited but carefully selected and from central and southern Italy. Good value for money. A special bonus is the service: attentive, punctual, knowledgeable, and never intrusive. See you so

I had spaghetti with a truly amazing ragù, a generous portion.
The bruschetta was delicious, especially the one with lard, gorgonzola, and pecorino cheese.
And finally, the cherry tart made me want to try another.
Water and a glass of quality wine were included.
In short, everything was fresh, showcasing the quality of the ingredients (obviously, the chef showed off his skills).
Very affordable prices.
I will gladly return.
