A Sicilian friend who was in Rome for a few days introduced me to this place. What can I say...the place is truly charming, the owners are incredibly friendly, and the quality is excellent! We had an aperitivo of typical Sicilian dishes and drank a truly excellent local wine (said by someone who doesn't like white wine). I'll definitely be back! I'll leave you a photo of the wine; try it! Valentino is a real gem! The best aperitivo you'll find in the city! Spectacular food and incredible wines with a quality/price ratio you won't find anywhere else in Rome. This place is run by someone who clearly knows their craft, skillfully combining passion and professionalism. Excellent wines, impeccable service, and a welcoming, relaxed, and friendly atmosphere. From the first time I came, it became my go-to place for aperitivo and a good glass of wine, a break from the daily grind. Congratulations! I always come here for aperitivo. Valentino is an extremely friendly professional who knows how to offer advice and create a unique experience. The food is AMAZING, even just for a quick appetizer, with plenty of tradition and quality. I recommend it for both a casual aperitivo and a dinner featur
