When I saw the black lentil soup with calamari on the menu, I was immediately intrigued. I'd never thought of combining these two ingredients... and what a surprise! 😍 It's truly delicious: flavorful, high in protein, nutritious, and very filling. Plus, it's gluten-free!

In fact, the menu is a beautiful Mediterranean mix, with a multicultural soul that's reflected in the flavors and concept of the dishes.

The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, completely different from the fast-paced, dynamic atmosphere of the market's ground floor, packed with travelers stopping for a quick bite. Upstairs, however, there's a quieter atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a leisurely lunch.

In the heart of Rome, on the first floor of the "Mercato Centrale" inside Termini Station, this new restaurant (open since October) is a little corner of the Mediterranean in the city. The dishes speak of the sea, the sun, and the traditions of the South: from fish to meat, to more typical and unique dishes, all colorful, carefully prepared, and beautiful to look at... but above all, delicious to eat. Each course is a journey through authentic aromas and flavors that, for someone like me from the South, is like taking a dip in your heart. The hospitality is another strong point: friendly, always smiling staff, capable of making you feel immediately at ease. The atmosphere is warm and sincere, making the experience even more enjoyable. The food is high-quality, prepared with care and passion, and every detail is designed to showcase the raw ingredients and Mediterranean tradition. An experience to be enjoyed over and over again, one I recommend to everyone ♥️

Excellent food, healthy and tasty. Great service and good price. The place is also a cultural and social hub and finance a project to reintegrate those who have been marginalised for various reasons. Great location in the heart of the Maercato Centrale in Termini station. Definitely, a place worth exploring!
