The place is incredibly cool and has soul. The atmosphere is very street-style, but also suitable for a large lunch.
The food? It's amazing. Traditional dishes, yes, but with a unique twist: flavors you know but have never tasted like this. Top-quality ingredients, perfectly cooked, and unexpected combinations. It's the kind of cuisine that makes you say, "Okay, I'd like to eat this every day." Each dish has a distinct identity, and you can sense the dedication and heart behind it.
And then there's Riccardo... Charismatic, present but never intrusive. He has that rare ability to make you feel at home while maintaining a very high standard. You can tell he loves what he does, and he transmits it to you.
The Kitchen isn't just a restaurant, it's a place that stays with you. A perfect blend of tradition, innovation, and personality. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back.
