I don't know what to say. Nice and friendly welcome, offering Apulian food (fried orecchiette 😮), sandwiches with excellent bread and ingredients. The place is a bit small, so don't read these reviews or you might end up having to wait in line or make a reservation 😁

I was here for a birthday. The food was very good, with cured meats and typical Apulian specialties. Authentic flavors and top-quality ingredients. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the only downside was that the place was a bit small.

Finally, an authentic corner of Puglia, with carefully selected, high-quality local products, where you can find a wide variety of traditional delicacies. A great destination for Apulians and especially for anyone who wants to experience authentic flavors.

Lovely bistro ❤️ The sandwiches are delicious: our favorites are the ones with the sweet and savory contrast, but we're slowly trying them all!
We needed a place like this in the neighborhood: everything is very authentic, down-to-earth, and carefully prepared.
We love it!

I'll definitely be back! A delightful surprise for someone like me, who loves mindujo sandwiches, and I found the most artisanal and authentic version here. I found both the bread and the balance of flavors of the ingredients to be incredible. We tried all three sandwiches on offer for lunch, and they were simply fantastic! There are so many to suit all tastes, and I can't wait to return to slowly try all the variations.

The beers were also excellent, especially the one made by a chef (I can't remember his name now). The staff was incredibly kind, and they even offered us a taste of fried orecchiette in various flavors—truly delicious! They also have many products for sale imported directly from Ceglie, from local producers. I think the bill was more than commensurate with the quality of the products offered.
