Since it's not a very large place, it's best to make a reservation, especially on weekends.
The concept here is Italian tapas, and it works beautifully. Each small plate feels like a celebration of regional flavours. The attention to detail and freshness of the ingredients shine through in every bite.
To top it off, Esco serves local Italian beer on draft, which pairs perfectly with the food and gives the whole experience a relaxed, authentic vibe.
What truly sets Esco apart, though, are the hosts. Simone and Chiara don’t just serve food — they welcome you into their world. Their genuine hospitality makes you feel like a local, even if you’re just passing through.
If you’re anywhere near Rome, make sure to carve out an evening for Esco. You’ll leave with a full heart, a happy stomach, and a promise to return
Burgers & fries were delicious. Prices were reasonable. Service was excellent.
They are a recent addition to the neighborhood and well worth giving them a look.
