We were in the neighborhood to go listen to live music and needed to get a bite before. We came across this lovely little restaurant with small bites & entrees. Burgers & fries were delicious. Prices were reasonable. Service was excellent. They are a recent addition to the neighborhood and well worth giving them a look. Tucked away just outside Rome, Esco is the kind of place you hope to stumble upon but rarely do. Run by the wonderful duo Simone and Chiara, this cozy spot captures everything you love about Italian dining — warmth, laughter, and incredible food meant to be shared. The concept here is Italian tapas, and it works beautifully. Each small plate feels like a celebration of regional flavours. The attention to detail and freshness of the ingredients shine through in every bite. To top it off, Esco serves local Italian beer on draft, which pairs perfectly with the food and gives the whole experience a relaxed, authentic vibe.
