SPESSO nasce dall’unione di intenti di 4 ragazzi, variopinti e stratificati un po’ come la loro parmigiana di melanzane, a cui hanno voluto dare una vera e propria casa… perché è la più buona del mondo! La puoi mangiare sul posto, anche all’interno di un panino indimenticabile, oppure puoi portarla via con te per gustarla quando e dove preferisci. SPESSO apre il suo primo punto vendita nel 2025 a Roma, più o meno 85 anni dopo la stratificazione della prima parmigiana nella scatola dello sgombro… se vuoi conoscere questa storia devi venire a trovarci!!!

SPESSO was a really good spot for lunch. We ordered to go and tried the meatballs and eggplant parmigiana-both were absolutely delicious.
No wait, great service, and the staff’s recommendations did not disappoint. Would definitely come back and highly recommend!

Arrived to a warm welcome just as they were opening. We had the Melanzana alla parmigiana to share (their suggestion) and lots of fresh bread. It was delicious! My favourite meal in Rome. Simple but lovingly prepared and excellent value for money. Friendly owners. Just disappointed we couldn't go back before we flew home. We will be back!

We had a wonderful experience at Spesso in Rome. The staff welcomed us warmly from the moment we walked in, and they were incredibly friendly. They took their time explaining the menu to us, which we really appreciated.
We tried the eggplant parmigiana, and it was absolutely delicious — one of the best we’ve had in Italy. The atmosphere felt genuine and cozy, and the owner, a kind bearded gentleman, added a personal touch with his hospitality.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food and a welcoming experience in Rome!
