I had the pleasure of staying for three days at Luxury Appia Domus and can only express my deepest appreciation for this elegant and meticulously maintained residence. The owner, the very kind Ilaria, was always available and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. The house is impeccably clean, fragrant, and incredibly bright. Centrally located, it offers the convenience of having all amenities within walking distance, while the city center is just a few metro stops away. A truly comfortable experience that I highly recommend!

A dream apartment. Meticulously designed, it could be a lifetime home.
Warm and welcoming, yet functional and technologically advanced.
Located in an area where nothing is lacking, including amenities. Close to the metro.
You won't be able to live without it.

There's a warm atmosphere in this house. Everything has been thought of down to the smallest detail, it's well-equipped, tidy, and clean. I received a warm welcome and slept wonderfully. Convenient for Rome's historic center, with the metro station just a two-minute walk away. The area is ideal for shopping, with many clothing stores and more. It's one of the best places I've ever stayed. Congratulations!
