I was there on Saturday evening, a magnificent place above the rooftops of Rome, sushi with a true Japanese flavour, excellent quality of raw materials, super welcoming staff. A charming place, with a pleasant and elegant atmosphere. Delicious food and an unparalleled view of Rome. We'll definitely be back. Beautiful terrace and delicious uramaki! An excellent experience that went far beyond a simple dinner. The service was impeccable, attentive, and never intrusive, while the dishes—refined and perfectly balanced—depict a Japanese cuisine crafted with attention to detail and capable of surprising. Special thanks to Fiammetta, who guided us with great professionalism and rare cordiality, introducing each course with skill and passion, making the experience even more engaging. Special mention also goes to the wasabi drink, original and perfectly balanced, perfectly complementing the flavors of the dishes without overpowering them. Completing the experience is a simply extraordinary terrace, with a suggestive view of Santa Maria Maggiore, making the atmosphere even more memorable, especially at sunset.
