Great location and very good contact with the owner. Breakfast was sufficient for us. The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms and the entire apartment were very clean and well-maintained. Being able to leave our luggage on the day of departure was a great convenience. We will definitely be back!

FABULOUS!!! Yes, a true fairytale... we went to Rome as a family for a weekend. It was my mother's birthday (she even had a surprise at breakfast that morning). The owner (Ludovica), with whom I had communicated via WhatsApp, took excellent care of us. She welcomed us (even though we arrived a little late) with a smile and explained everything to us: the keys, the air conditioning, breakfast. Absolutely lovely! The two rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything you need, including a Nespresso machine with capsules. The bedding is comfortable, and the air conditioning was much appreciated. The bathrooms are very clean, and toiletries are included (even a hairdryer!). Breakfast is served in the common room. It's a buffet offering both sweet and savory options. There's a little bit of everything. The place is charming for a relaxing break or some "me time." The surrounding area is safe, with buses, the metro, and even a 15-minute walk to Castel Sant'Angelo. In short, I absolutely recommend this little gem and its owner, who was our guardian angel during our stay!

Our experience was simply fantastic. The property is top-notch, with impeccable and friendly service. We had the pleasure of communicating with the manager, Ludovica, who was extremely attentive to our every request, from booking to check-out.

The rooms, recently renovated with great care, are a true gem. They were impeccably clean, and the bathroom is simply superb. The location is very elegant, ideal for exploring the city center, visiting the Vatican, or easily reaching the stadium.

The breakfast area is welcoming and invites you to start your day in the best possible way. We have found a true reference point and can't wait to return to Rome!

The rooms were very beautiful, and the breakfast service was excellent! Always attentive, clean, and tidy. Kudos!
The B&B is in an excellent location inside an elegant building. The pastry shop/bistro/French restaurant just below is also very convenient. It was a perfect combination!
The bus stop is right behind, 50 meters away.
Excellent mattresses! The bathroom is very nice.

This B&B is truly a gem on the fourth floor of an elegant building with a concierge. It's located in a very quiet area, not far from the Lepanto metro station and convenient to the Stadio Olimpico and Foro Italico, as well as the Castel Sant'Angelo area, which is a 20-minute walk away. Our room for three people was spotless, with a super bed and a coffee maker. The bathroom had a spacious shower and a traditional hairdryer. The living area was functional and tastefully furnished, with two small breakfast tables and a coffee and cappuccino machine. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, definitely exceeding expectations. I also appreciated the attention to environmental issues, as I found shampoo and shower gel samples in single-dose paper bottles in the room. Communication with the owners was prompt, courteous, and always available. I definitely recommend it and will keep it in mind for my future stays in Rome.
