An experience worth repeating. The apartment is comfortable and clean. Chiara's welcome was magnificent! I highly recommend it.

Carlo was flexible with check-in and check-out times. He provided us with extremely detailed instructions for accessing the apartment.
The apartment is very comfortable (we were two adults, a young girl, and a dog) and clean.
We found everything we needed: sheets, towels, toiletries, kitchen utensils...and more! (A welcome bottle of wine and chocolates, plus some breakfast items).
We slept very comfortably, getting a great night's sleep!
The Colosseum and Roma Termini station are within walking distance, and a well-stocked supermarket and various transportation stops (metro, tram, and bus) are just a short walk away.
We'll definitely be back!

Chiara and Carlo's apartment is perfect for a truly authentic stay in Rome, off the beaten tourist track (I lived in Rome for four years). Ideally located in the Esquilino neighborhood, which has retained its Roman soul, it offers all the amenities you could need (market, public transport, and close to the historic center).

The apartment is very pleasant, functional, and clean.
Chiara and Carlo are very welcoming and do everything to make their guests feel at home.
This is our second stay with them as a family, and we will gladly return!

Stayed here for 4 days, 3 nights in October. Absolutely wonderful! The host even gave us a gift to welcome us, and was very lovely the whole time. Everything was in perfect condition (AC, Kettle, Working devices, Good TV) I couldn’t ask for a better place to have stayed. It’s very close to the Termini Station, and plenty of bus stops which made it easy to go into central Rome and come back! Every main tourist attraction is no more than 10-20-30minutes away. The furthest thing was the Zoo, 40 minutes.
I would like to once again thank the owner for providing me and my friend with such a lovely home !! I hope to stay again soon.
