A unique experience. Fausto is an extraordinary host. The house is equipped with every comfort and is very convenient for reaching the city center, with the metro just steps away. Everything you need is available in the area: restaurants, bars, supermarkets...it's a popular shopping area, too. I highly recommend it.

I booked this apartment for some relatives. The property is recently renovated and comfortable. It's convenient for reaching the city center and the Vatican directly via the metro. Recommended for those looking for a good value stay in Rome. The host is also kind and helpful.

Excellent experience, very clean and welcoming apartment. The host is always available for any assistance. The location, just minutes from the subway and many bus terminals, makes traveling to the city center and Tor Vergata University easy.
I definitely recommend it.

The apartment was clean and equipped with everything you need. The metro is a 10-minute walk away, and there are restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. Bus stops and taxi stands are easy to find. The area is quiet and peaceful at night. We had visited the PTV Tor Vergata, which is a 10-minute drive from the apartment. Afterward, we took the metro to the Colosseum and St. Peter's. We enjoyed our stay!
