What can I say? Perfect accommodation, impeccably clean, complete with all amenities, in a very quiet area. Alessandro was very kind.

With very affordable prices, located on the outskirts but well connected, close to the Ottavia station easily reachable on foot and with a train that takes you directly to the center and St. Peter's in 10 minutes. It is a great alternative to the very expensive accommodations in the center. Alessandro (the owner) was truly kind and helpful and gave us all the directions to get around easily without unnecessary detours. The beautiful and clean house also already has everything needed for a nice and hearty breakfast.

The owner, Alessandro, is kind and extremely helpful. The apartment is located on the outskirts of the city but well connected to Ottavia station (an easy walk, taking you to the city center in 10 minutes). Compared to the crazy prices in central Rome, it's definitely worth it. The house was well-maintained and clean. Alessandro welcomed us and gave us lots of advice on how to get around the area. The breakfast was fantastic, with everything you need. Truly excellent value, highly recommended!

Alessandro is a very kind and welcoming guy. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by greenery. There's a small shopping center with a well-stocked supermarket nearby, and a multiplex movie theater right across the street. There are plenty of bars, pastry shops, and a pharmacy within walking distance. The apartment is impeccably clean, and the property itself is a true gem, perfect for a peaceful and pleasant stay.
