The apartment is new and fully equipped, very bright and welcoming. The owners and caretakers are kind and helpful. It's located in a quiet area, conveniently located for public transportation. Bars, restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, and much more are nearby. Nomentano Park and the Aniene River that flows through it are just a few hundred meters away, where you can relax and admire nature. In short, an excellent vacation home for enjoying Rome and its beauty. Fantastic apartment about a 5-minute walk from the bus stop, very well connected to the historic center of Rome. The area has all the necessary amenities, including restaurants with authentic Italian cuisine. The owner was very kind and understanding upon our arrival despite the huge delay our flight experienced. I highly recommend this apartment. The house is cozy, clean, and in a perfect location for visiting Rome. Bus 60 takes you to Piazza Venezia in 20 minutes. The owner welcomed us at the agreed-upon time with kindness and courtesy. Thank you! Very nice apartment at a very good price! Supermarket nearby and good connections to bus (X90) and metro (15 minutes away). 10 out of 10 for this splendid B&B, beautiful bright
