We stayed two nights and had a wonderful time. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and quiet, just minutes from St. Peter's, with the Cipro Metro A stop nearby: very convenient for getting around. Carmen and Riccardo were very kind and helpful, and check-in was easy. Plus, the private garden was huge, with a beautiful gazebo and sofas: we relaxed there in the evenings after our hikes. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the air conditioning was adequate. Excellent value for money. We would happily return. The location is quiet but well-serviced, and everything is as pictured.

I had a wonderful stay. The location is great and the apartment is very clean. I was a solo traveler but you could easily fit two couples or a family of four (two in the large bedroom and two in the living room fold out sofa). The outdoor patio/garden area is a huge plus. My favorite part was that even though it’s close to the Vatican and touristy areas it’s just far enough away (a few blocks) that it has a local none touristy vibe.

We stayed at Toto Vatican Suite for 2 nights in May 😊
Wonderful place! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and being on the ground floor was a big plus. We especially loved the patio – perfect for morning coffee while watching parrots fly by. Cozy, peaceful, and exactly as described. The owner was absolutely lovely – open, kind, and empathetic. We’d love to come back and definitely recommend it!

Super happy with this apartment!!
Very clean and welcoming, and above all, a great location, in the Vatican area, just steps from the A metro line.
The garden was lovely, and we relaxed there after a day of touring.
I'd like to thank Carmen and Riccardo so much, who were always helpful and friendly.
I can't wait to come back 🥰

My family and I stayed at the property over the Easter weekend. I'd like to highlight Riccardo's helpfulness and the cleanliness of the interiors. The apartment is very comfortable and has a garden. The location is strategic, close to the Cipro station and close to the Vatican.
