A delightful apartment in a prime location near the Basilica of St. Paul Outside the Walls, above the B line subway station, and close to a supermarket and several shops. The apartment is brand new, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped. Special thanks to the owner, Emanuele, who was always available and ready to offer assistance should you need advice or practical help. The only minor drawback is the flight of stairs, as the elevator doesn't take you directly to the apartment's floor. This isn't a major problem, but if you're traveling with heavy luggage or with people with limited mobility, like us, it could be a small inconvenience. Regardless, it's a perfect place to stay, and we'll definitely keep it in mind for our future trips to Rome.

Great view, renovated and very clean interiors, excellent value for money, friendly host always available to help and fulfill requests; highly recommended for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Very comfortable apartment, new and well-maintained in every detail, truly convenient location for visiting the most beautiful city in the world comfortably by metro, the host is very attentive and gave us useful advice on nearby places to visit, we will definitely be back!!
