Hello.. I stayed in this magnificent apartment and I can only leave a very positive review. Thorough cleaning, all possible comforts, excellent location to reach the various destinations of the city.... And finally I add to all this the kindness and helpfulness of the owner who is available for anything... I highly recommend it.. Thank you.

Excellent location, just steps from the A metro line and well-served by shops and services. The apartment is welcoming and functional, with an outdoor patio that is a real plus. The host, always kind and helpful, made the experience easy and pleasant.

The photos raised high expectations, but the experience we had was surprisingly superior. My partner and I found ourselves in a real home, fully equipped, and not in the usual apartment with only the essentials. Having to spend a week, we opted for this accommodation because it seemed to offer the right welcome for a multi-day stay, and it proved to be just that: a large living room that makes you feel at home, a kitchen equipped with everything you need to organize any meal, a spacious bedroom with a very comfortable bed, and an impeccable bathroom and shower. To top it all off, the outdoor courtyard nestled in a quiet and private setting, where we didn't miss the opportunity to have a sumptuous breakfast.

The neighborhood offers several charming trattorias and pizzerias (at prices that aren't the same as downtown) and all the amenities, including a 24-hour supermarket.

With the Metro A line running through the entire city center, it was very easy to reach any destination, even allowing you to return home late in the evening.

Simonetta was a truly gracious and helpful hostess like few others.
It was a shame to have to leave. We'll definitely see you again. See you soon!

The accommodation is a true apartment, with well-organized interior spaces and a bathroom that wouldn't look out of place in a luxury hotel. The location is excellent: close to the A metro line and Via Tuscolana but on a smaller street, so you can enjoy both the convenience of public transportation during the day and the tranquility of a stay at night (a combination I've rarely found in Rome). Whether for business or pleasure, highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely and comfortable apartment. The location is perfect: within walking distance of the A metro station and close to all amenities, including a 24-hour supermarket. Inside, it's well-kept and welcoming, and the outdoor patio is a little haven where you can relax after a day exploring Rome. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Simonetta is a wonderful person, always available and attentive to our every need, and that really makes a difference. If I were to return to Rome, I would definitely stay in this apartment again!
