A very good place to stay and the owner was excellent 👌 It's a little distance from the station, so dragging luggage is a minor inconvenience, but not a big problem. The apartment has an elevator, the environment is clean, and the public facilities are complete. You can use the small card in your room to redeem a free breakfast at Espresso 32 across the street. Highly recommended! The B&B is located 10 minutes from Termini station and 5 minutes from the Piazza Vittorio Emanuele metro station. The area is quite ethnic, and the building is charming and well-maintained. Check-in was really convenient and efficient, with access via phone. The room was clean, modern, and well-stocked, although perhaps not very soundproofed, as we were woken up during the night by the screams of our neighbors. Breakfast, included with the room, was served at the well-stocked and convenient café across the street. Overall, I highly recommend this property; it offers excellent value for money. Giancarlo was always available and responded promptly. Great stay, clean room!! Breakfast included (go to the bakery across the street to get croissants). The pistachio croissants were delicious!
