Everything was perfect. We were pleasantly surprised to be welcomed with a large fruit basket, plenty of sweets and pastries, and even better, a variety of fresh and savory items (milk, yogurt, cheese, meat) and coffee for 3 people for 5 days.
The apartment is very well located, in a charming old building.
The entrance is particularly secure, and its coded entry system is very practical and reassuring.
It is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator, but there was construction work underway, which suggests that one should be installed soon.
Inside, and at the entrance, a beautiful glass window lets natural light into the apartment.
The kitchen is very well equipped and complete. It would just be missing a small power strip to use the appliances simultaneously. Next to the kitchen, there's a small high table and four stools, which is convenient, although the stools aren't very comfortable.
The bathroom, on the other hand, is very nice; it just needs a small extractor fan and a lockable door.
The toiletries provided are sufficient and pleasant.
The bedrooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. There's a large TV in each room. There are no French TV channels, but since the TV is modern, we were able to stream the channels we wanted from our phone.
The Wi-Fi worked very well, and the speed was quite good.
Communication with the owners was excellent; they were very pleasant and particularly responsive.
We had read that the neighborhood could be a bit "rough," but we found it to be perfectly peaceful.
We highly recommend this rental, and compared to similar options in Rome, it's truly top-notch.
