Exceptional - clean and very cosy, with amazing garden space, kitchen with everything you need, tea and coffee - small touches which melted our hearts. Bathroom with towels, hair dryer and shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Air condition system if you feel cold but the flat wasn't cold at all, even in January. Very comfy bed and clean bedding. Very warm and kind hearted welcoming from our host, even late at night. Chiara went beyond and above and made us feel very special! We will return some time again for a visit as we fell in love with Rome and our accommodation. The location is perfect, very safe and secure building, quiet at night, and walking distance to everything - metrostation, bus stops and 25min. walk to Coliseum. Better than a hotel 5stars, we couldn't feel more comfort anywhere else! Keep up the good work, Chiara! You won our hearts! Very clean and pleasant. The owner was very friendly. She left us snacks, pasta, and sauce to welcome us. Great communication. We recommend it.

We were able to spend three nights in the apartment and were overwhelmed. It has good public transport connections and can be in the heart of Rome in no time.
The apartment's amenities included everything you need to care for a small child. The terrace is simply enormous, fenced in, and therefore completely yours. In general, this house is very thoughtful when it comes to safety. It's very idyllic and you don't really notice the bustling city.
If you want to enjoy Rome and just need some time to yourself, this is the place to be.
The hostess is extremely helpful and caring. We felt very warmly welcomed and looked after.
We can only warmly recommend it!

Hello travelers, I don't know where to begin describing my Roman experience. I come to Rome often and stay in different places each time, but this time I found the best of them all. Five stars are few and far between for Caracalla Garden House, but the owner is top-notch. She's helpful, kind, affectionate, and thoughtful, and she's a hundred more to describe her hospitality. The house is in an excellent, quiet location, just steps from the metro to get everywhere. The new, well-appointed furnishings make you feel at home. There's plenty of space both inside and out, with a beautiful brick garden, flowers, tables, and armchairs. It's fully furnished so you can enjoy a relaxing aperitif, dinner, or reading al fresco. Make sure you write this down; you'll be thrilled.

Fantastic little apartment, a real gem located just a short distance from the metro station, which allows visitors to reach all the sights and tourist attractions of our beautiful capital in just a few minutes. The owner, Chiara, is extremely helpful and an excellent host. No detail is overlooked; she thinks of her guests at every moment of their stay, always being there for them should they need her. Even on a holiday with children, as in our case, everything is perfect! Absolutely top-notch, highly recommended!
