Exceptional - clean and very cosy, with amazing garden space, kitchen with everything you need, tea and coffee - small touches which melted our hearts. Bathroom with towels, hair dryer and shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Air condition system if you feel cold but the flat wasn't cold at all, even in January. Very comfy bed and clean bedding. Very warm and kind hearted welcoming from our host, even late at night. Chiara went beyond and above and made us feel very special! We will return some time again for a visit as we fell in love with Rome and our accommodation. The location is perfect, very safe and secure building, quiet at night, and walking distance to everything - metrostation, bus stops and 25min. walk to Coliseum. Better than a hotel 5stars, we couldn't feel more comfort anywhere else! Keep up the good work, Chiara! You won our hearts! Fantastic little apartment, a real gem located just a short distance from the metro station, which allows visitors to reach all the sights and tourist attractions of our beautiful capital in just a few minutes. The owner, Chiara, is extremely helpful and an excellent host. No detail is overlooked; she thinks of her guests at every moment
