Welcoming and convenient strategic location to reach the Capannelle fire brigade school entrance via Appia Nuova civic 1145 The owner was super helpful, the room and bathroom were clean and nice, and the kitchen was very comfortable for guests to use. I stayed in October, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I had a wonderful time. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location for my needs. Excellent, clean, and new B&B. Very comfortable bed. Recommended.
