I stayed with my family for a long weekend and we had a great time. The house is large and located near the metro stop and the train station. The neighborhood has everything, including good local restaurants and two play areas, one with a ride, where I took my son. The city center can be reached by metro or direct bus. The owner is kind and provided us with all the support we needed during our stay. I highly recommend it.

We found a truly perfect solution in Rome, truly fortunate! I stayed with my husband and our little baby, and we felt welcomed right away. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed, including little touches that made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is convenient, with easy access to the city's main attractions. It was such a positive experience that we will definitely be back. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

We stayed for a 5-day school holidays. The guesthouse is ideally situated in the heart of Rome, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city's top attractions. It's within walking distance to major landmarks like the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, and the Pantheon.

I stayed at Akinita Guest House and had a great time. The location is super convenient, just steps from the metro, perfect for easily getting around the city. The apartment is tastefully decorated, with obvious attention to detail, and was spotlessly clean upon our arrival. The lady who greeted us at check-in was friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The only thing that could be improved is that I would have preferred the Wi-Fi password to be in a visible place, rather than having to search for it or ask for it. It's a small thing, but overall, everything was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again.
