Cozy house, small but with everything you need. The only downside is the light as it is under the stairs. The owner is kind and helpful. I highly recommend it. Staying in the apartment made my experience in Rome unique. It's equipped with every comfort, it's clean, and the owner is always available for anything. It's also very conveniently located for reaching the city center, which is a must-have in a city like this! I highly recommend it and would definitely return. I found the apartment clean and comfortable, excellently clean, and conveniently located near metro stops and several bus terminals, making it easy to reach Rome's city center. Definitely clean, too bad the bidet didn't have much water coming out, and the front door key didn't work well. Otherwise, it was fine, even though the apartment is in the basement, so you can hear everyone passing by on the street. We spent a week in Rome and had a wonderful stay at La Casa Dell'Appio.
