Firmly in my top 10 places I’ve stayed, ever.
- We stayed in the Sabina room which was very cosy, kitted out with the best quality everything, bed lined, towels, dressing gown, slipper, shampoo, shower gel, the best room diffuser anyone can ask for and Dyson hair dryer!
The bed was very comfortable, the shower super good water pressure, everything in the bathroom was done from marble. Even the toilet seat was heated.
- The breakfast was top quality, freshly cooked offering great range of savoury and sweet foods. The owner, Robert, came and greeted us the first morning, even looked after us and gave us cake at our table.
- Rachel who was there every morning was the sweetest, kindest person. Nothing was too much trouble. Truly great hospitality.
- Robert even got us a table at the coveted ‘de Enzo al 29’ restaurant without a queue, which was very special. The food was stunning, proper Roman cuisine, in a buzzing environment, totally a cultural experience.
I only wish we had more time in Rome to continue to enjoy this fabulous place. When we come back to Rome again, I will not think twice about booking anywhere else, it’s got to be this place, and this place only.
Great location and only a short walk from all attractions. The breakfast prepared be Raquele was an absolute highlight. She’s also the pastry chef for the restaurant below which is also a must-visit.

The property is newly renovated with original features. Rooms are small but very comfortable and clean. Great beds/bathroom facilities. We’ll definitely be back. Communication throughout our stay with Fabio the manager was perfect. Can only recommend!! Grazie!
Raquele made us the Best breakfast every morning with fresh and tasty ingrédients.
