Casa Vacanze Re-House

We are Americans visiting Rome. We are 2 older couples. When booking, I always look for comfort first, cleanliness second, and everything else comes later. We loved that Anthony, our wonderful host has furnished both bedrooms with King sized comfortable beds, complete with each side of the bed having a cell phone charging port! and each couple had their own bathrooms! The home is very very clean, and decorated modern. It is comfortable with sofa and two other accent chairs so you and your group can open the windows and enjoy coffee together and enjoy the early morning air.
I had his delicious expresso coffee (which he left plenty of) and now I am hooked! So delicious. Back home in the USA our water is appropriately called “water coffee”.
The location is away from the crazy millions of people jamming into the city, and we felt safe walking to some of the little sidewalk cafes. There is a grocery store very close, so we enjoyed getting cheeses, bread, jam from there. Anthony provided a whole spice rack of herbs, spices, sugar, olive oils so we didn’t need to go out and buy those.
The taxi situation in Rome is difficult, and you cannot just wave a taxi down. But there is a phone number to call to get a taxi, and also there is a taxi stand about a 10-15 minute walk from the apartment. Your host will give you info on that. I highly recommend Anthony’s apartment. I myself am a 5 star host with Air BnB and VRBO. So I can say with confidence that you will love this apartment. Anthony is the most conscientious host I have ever had the pleasure to work with. He arranged airport pick up, apartment to cruise port transportation, and went out of his way to make sure we were well taken care of. I suggest you download Whatsapp for communication with him and taxi drivers. But you can certainly message through the booking website.

The apartment is in a very convenient location for exploring all of Rome, with the metro just a few meters away. The apartment is spotlessly clean and very comfortable, offering everything you need for a truly enjoyable vacation. Antonio is a helpful and very kind person.

Stayed there in September 2024 and had a lovely stay. Spacious rooms, two bathrooms, well equipped and maintained, and right across from the Metro station.

We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful apartment in Rome for two weeks, and it exceeded all our expectations. The apartment was incredibly clean, bright, and spacious, with two large bedrooms and bathrooms, making it perfect for a comfortable stay. The modern amenities were top-notch – both beds were true king-sized beds, which was a rare and much-appreciated luxury. The washer and dryer in the apartment were a huge bonus, especially for a longer stay in a city like Rome.

The location was unbeatable. The apartment is just steps away from the metro, making it so easy to get around the city. We were also surrounded by fantastic restaurants and great supermarkets, which made our time here even more enjoyable.

Antonio, the owner, went above and beyond to make sure we had a perfect stay. He greeted us upon arrival and stayed in touch throughout our stay, checking in via text to ensure everything was going smoothly. His hospitality really made a difference.

Overall, this was one of the best apartments we’ve ever stayed in, and we can’t recommend it enough.

We stayed 2 weeks in this apartment and had a wonderful vacation. Bright, airy, and with lots of room the apartment is close by many restaurants, coffee shops, and supermarkets within easy walking distance. Plus, there is a park across the road! Definitely recommended!
