We stayed at this property for four nights and had a wonderful time. The apartment is beautiful, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary appliances for a family stay. Not to mention its absolutely strategic location, just steps from the Bologna metro station, making it ideal for getting around at any time of day. The owner, Mr. Marsella, welcomed us warmly, making us feel right at home and providing us with a small welcome gift for our after-trip refreshments. He immediately responded to our needs and requests, and was always available to offer valuable advice. We will definitely choose it again for future stays, and we take this opportunity to thank him once again for making our stay in the Eternal City so special.

We chose this property primarily for its strategic location, which, in addition to being well-connected and not far from the city center, offers options for everything from aperitifs to after-dinner drinks. The house is very comfortable, tastefully furnished, and clean. The host is helpful and very kind; I highly recommend it!

We stayed here for two nights for our daughter's graduation. We had a wonderful time. The apartment was warm, spotlessly clean (with a delightful fresh smell), beautifully furnished, and well-equipped. It's in an excellent location, close to the B metro line and Sapienza University. The owners were extremely kind and helpful.
