Wow Rome Home San Giovanni

I spent two nights at this property and can say I had a truly wonderful time. Luckily, I've stayed at a few B&Bs, but this one was truly excellent. The entire apartment, consisting of four rooms with private bathrooms and a shared kitchen, is spacious, beautiful, and incredibly clean. I was originally supposed to stay just one night, so I stayed in room 3, which is truly enormous, featuring modern, welcoming furnishings and a bathroom that rivals many high-end hotels. The following day, given my commitments, I had to extend my stay in the city by one night. I stayed in room 4, which is slightly smaller but still spacious and just as beautiful. Note that, despite facing a fairly busy street, I still slept very well in this room and didn't even hear the typical noise of a city center before bed (which makes me think the windows and doors are also top-quality). On my first day, I was greeted by a very kind man and woman. The latter was also very kind on another occasion: after my return, she let me know that I had forgotten a shirt in the closet. I told her I'd come by to pick it up, not only to get it back, but also as a customer the next time I'm in Rome. The place is just a few minutes' walk from the San Giovanni metro station, which provides easy access to almost all of the city's major attractions. The location is therefore very close to the city center. I can only recommend the place to anyone.

I stayed with my wife last week. The check-in was very flexible; we checked in late at night. The location is excellent, 150 meters from the red metro line, which connects to Rome's major attractions. There's a kitchen available for breakfast; we loved it, too, as it allowed us to have breakfast whenever we wanted. Check-out was also excellent; it's stated at 11:00, but we needed a little more time to check out (we checked out around 12:00). We just had to message the owners, and they very kindly let us check out. The rooms are new (they really smell like new) and clean.
